Status Report on Planning Commission letter to City Council regarding the proposed Little League Improvements to the baseball field at Holbrook Palmer Park

PUBLIC HEARINGS

 6.                  Conditional Use Permit- 4 Heritage Court- Request For a Conditional Use Permit to allow an addition to the Main Residence be constructed closer than is allowed to the side setback line for accessibility reasons. This item was continued from the July 24, 2013 Hearing.

              Recommendation: Approve the Conditional Use Permit.

 7.                  Conditional Use Permit-Sacred Heart Schools, 150 Valparaiso Avenue- Reconsideration of Request for CUP13-00003 to amend Conditional Use Permits CUP10-00010 and CUP13-00001 by substituting a TDM Program for Required Intersection Reconstruction at Sacred Heart Schools.

Recommendation: Recommend City Council approval of the EIR Addendum and approval of the amendments to the Conditional Use Permits for the Lower/Middle School and Practice Gym Projects with conditions specified in the draft certificates of approval.

8.                  Conditional Use Permit- Menlo-Atherton High School, 555 Middlefield Road, Request for a Conditional Use Permit to install three antennas and associated equipment on an existing monopole and two equipment shelters at an existing cell site at Menlo-Atherton High School.

Recommendation: Approve the Conditional Use Permit.

The next regular Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2013 at 6:00 pm.

 If you challenge a Town zoning, planning, or any other decision in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this agenda, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing.  Judicial review of any Town administrative decision may be had only if a petition is filed with the court not later than the 90th day following the date upon which the decision becomes final.  Judicial review of environmental determinations may be subject to a shorter time period.

 

Copies of all staff reports and documents subject to disclosure that relate to each item of business referred to on the agenda are available for public inspection by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before each regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting at the Atherton Library, 2 Dinklespiel, Station Lane, and the Town Administrative Offices, 91 Ashfield Road, Atherton, CA 94027.

 In compliance with SB 343, materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the Planning Commission after distribution of the agenda packet are available for public inspection in the Town Administrative Offices, 91 Ashfield Road, during normal business hours.

Planning Commission decisions are appealable by any aggrieved person to the City Council within 10 days of the date of the decision.
