     4a. Michael Jessup with Play Capital Tennis to give an update on management of the tennis courts
     4b. Susan Knox to give an update on Knox Playschool

     5a. Staff to discuss the turnaround design at the end of the Holbrook-Palmer Park Pavilion parking lot and a
     motion could be made to recommend design to staff
