This meeting is compliant with the Governors Executive Order N-25-20 issued on March 4, 2020 and Executive Order N-29-20 issued on March 17, 2020, allowing for deviation of teleconference rules required by the Brown Act.  4A. OLD BUSINESS 1 minute

 i. (Informational Item) Discussion of potential solution to parent’s request to improve the existing mid-block crosswalk in front  
 of Encinal School’s district office. Transportation Committee has already taken up this item.

4B. NEW BUSINESS 30 minutes
  i. Welcome New Members
 Committee will welcome new member and they will describe his background and interests as they relate to service on the
 Committee.

  ii. Appointment of Chair/Vice Chair
Committee will act to appoint a Chair and Vice Chair.

iii. Discussion of potential solution to a resident’s request to improve the pedestrian traffic situation at the intersection of
Alameda de Las Pulgas at Stockbridge Avenue.

iv. Discussion of enforcement and communication for the Months of July andAugust
